Prestige Homes was founded by Michael Haynes — that's me. I'm a licensed residential and commercial contractor with 7 years of hands-on construction experience and a business degree from the University of South Florida. I also have the privilege of working alongside my father, a seasoned industry professional with over 30 years in the trades, which gives us a depth of knowledge that goes far beyond the license on the wall.

As a father raising a family of my own here in the community, I understand firsthand what it means to want a home built with care and integrity. That's why serving Charlotte and Sarasota County isn't just business to me — it's personal. These are my neighbors, my community, and every project I take on reflects that.
